Shipping, Delivery, Returns & Exchange Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 business day upon successful confirmation of purchase.

Customers may choose between:

  • Local delivery
  • In-store pickup from Wild Rose, Fareedhee Magu

Delivery Areas

We currently offer delivery services within:

  • Male’
  • Hulhumalé
  • Boats docked at Male’ Harbour

Standard Delivery

  • Free delivery for orders above MVR 500
  • Orders below MVR 500 are subject to a MVR 20 delivery fee
  • Delivery is completed within 24 hours of purchase
  • Delivery hours: Saturday to Thursday, 11:00 AM – 10:00 PM

To ensure a smooth delivery process, our team will contact the customer using the phone number provided during checkout approximately 1 hour prior to delivery to confirm that someone is available to receive the order.

Deliveries are not available on Fridays or public holidays.

Returns, Exchanges & Refund Policy

Wild Rose does not offer refunds unless stated otherwise below.

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted within 48 hours from the date of purchase.

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • Items must be unused and in resalable condition
  • All original tags and packaging must remain intact
  • Original proof of purchase or receipt is required

Items purchased during promotions, markdowns, clearance, or sale periods are not eligible for exchange or return.

Exchange items must be of the same value or higher than the original purchased item.

  • If the selected exchange item is priced higher, the customer is required to pay the price difference
  • No cash refunds or store credits will be provided for lower-priced exchange items

Refunds

Refunds are strictly not provided except under the following circumstances:

  • The order was not delivered within 48 hours from the confirmed purchase time
  • The product received is compromised, defective, or damaged upon purchase

For compromised, defective, or damaged products:

  • Customers must notify Wild Rose within 24 hours of receiving the item
  • Reports can be made through any official Wild Rose communication channel
  • Claims made after 24 hours may not be accepted

Wild Rose reserves the right to inspect and verify all claims before approving any refund or exchange request.

Return & Exchange Procedure

Returns and exchanges can be made at Wild Rose, Fareedhee Magu during operating hours:

  • Saturday to Thursday
  • 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
