Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on Fridays or public holidays.
Delivery Options
Delivery is available within:
- Malé
- Hulhumalé
- Boats docked at Malé Harbour
Estimated delivery time is within 24 hours after order confirmation.
Store Pickup
Customers may choose Pay & Pick Up in Store at checkout. You will be notified once your order is ready for collection.

Wild Rose, Fareedhee Magu
Shipping Fees
- Free delivery for orders above MVR 500
- Orders below MVR 500 are subject to a MVR 20 delivery fee
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
Order Confirmation
Orders are only confirmed after successful payment confirmation. Once confirmed, orders cannot be cancelled or modified.
Delivery Responsibility
Please ensure that all delivery details and contact information are accurate. Our delivery team will contact the customer approximately 1 hour prior to delivery to confirm availability.
Wild Rose is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect delivery details or customer unavailability.
Delays
While we aim to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to weather conditions, public holidays, high order volume, or unforeseen courier issues.
Lost or Missing Orders
If your order has not been received within 48 hours from confirmation, please contact us for assistance. Eligible orders may qualify for a refund upon review.
